I ride 07 f800st...16 years on still brilliant bike..compared to modern bikes..absolutely brilliant handling..comfort..lovely trouble free engine.....Shame on BMW for discontinuing.

I do like the F800GT. I already have two bikes but am looking for an 'everyday bike' as a third machine. I also like the Honda NC750X-DCT. Decisions decisions....

Would have been a lot more enjoyable without the music while riding, but thanks !

Awesome project and fantastic video. It's beautiful to see and feel your passion in this works. It's not a easy job to replace head, valves ad all things related like clearance, timing chain and also tightning sequence with the right torque. This is a very complex engine! The best end of this story should be: "and they lived all together happy forever..." 😊 But I think that you sold it thinking for the next project! P.S.: Also coffee table was amazing, but a working engine is better! 😂

Awesome bike, im thinking about getting the rally version as a 2nd bike. You are right about that rear suspension, too soft, plenty of options for an upgrade. Serious trail envy, what a place!

That BMW certainly looks imposing and different, just doesn't look a practical bike to have as your only bike. I've very recently bought a 360 camera, the insta 360 one X2 and they are great for stable horizon locked footage.

Nice video :) Trying to decide if i should go with the Akra slip on or the Cobra Ultrashort, the akra just looks so big :( BTW did you end up getting the Brentuning Stage 3 flash? How did that go with the full system? Have you done a dyno run before/after?
